    The Words
    The Autobiography of Jean-Paul Sartre
    George Braziller: New York, 1965
Translated from the French by Bernard Frechtman.

Black cloth with white and purple titles on spine wrapped in original dust jacket. Very Good/Good. Light damp-stain along top edge of boards and text block, previous owner’s Art Deco bookplate adhered to front pastedown, text clean and unmarked; price clipped dust jacket is dampstained along top edge and visible along outeredges of back panel, slight crinkle to jacket. Now protected in a mylar cover.

A handsome, albeit well loved edition of the one and only Sartre’s autobiography.
